THE DOVER CHURCH OFFERS BLESSING OF THE ANIMALS ~ Saturday, October 7 AT 4:00 PM
Do you have a beloved pet?? Please join us on Saturday, October 7, at 4:00 PM for a Blessing of the Animals service in our Taylor Garden! Bring your dogs and cats and hamsters or horses! If you are unable to bring your pet, bring a picture instead! This event is for all ages and will be held rain or shine (in Kraft Hall if rainy). All are welcome so bring your friends and family!
A Blessing of Animals shows God’s and the Church’s love, care, and concern for creation. St. Francis of Assisi is the patron saint of animals. We are holding this service in honor of the Feast Day of St. Francis of Assisi, which is October 4th.
